With the continued success and growth of LONDON FOR GROUPS LIVE, we are thrilled to be moving to our new, larger home, The Bloomsbury Ballroom for 2025.

Our half day, table-top exhibition, is your chance to meet face-to-face with industry buyers who represent large, often repeat booking groups – all at our central London located, time efficient and cost-effective event.

As well as the exhibition, our visitors benefit from a full day experience – including free river cruises & attraction visits, tours of museums & galleries and an evening at the theatre.
Our visitors represent the broad scope of the groups & travel trade industries, with independent & professional group travel organisers, coach & tour operators, tour guides, leaders from the education & hospitality industries and more.

As a result of organising, working, visiting and exhibiting at numerous travel trade events, we know what works and what exhibitors & visitors need for a successful event.

MEDIUM STAND: £450

A 76x76cm square table and white tablecloth - with 1sqm of floor-space, enough for one standard roller-banner.

LARGE STAND: £550

A 120x60cm table and white tablecloth - with 1.5sqm of floor-space, enough for up to two standard roller-banners.
